Our Parking Policy serves as a helpful guide for everyone visiting our Head Office Campus. This document clarifies parking provisions, aims to make parking clear and easy, details carpark rules and explains the use of reserved areas. This policy applies to all employees, agency workers, contractors, visitors, and anyone else enjoying a visit to our Head Office Campus.
Our site car park currently has 2132 spaces, diveded into the following categories:

Our facilities team diligently maintains our car parks daily, with both in-house teams and external contractors clearing litter, emptying bins, and maintaining the grounds. We kindly request all employees and visitors to help in maintain a safe and clean environment by observing the following guidelines.
Register your vehicle so we can contact you if needed.
If a minor collision occurs while parking or driving, please complete the car accident form available here or on the Travel2Next website.
Drive safely within the speed limits.
Follow one-way systems, and pedestrians should use pathways and pedestrian crossings.
Adhere to the Highway Code for everyone's safety.
Drivers observed using a handheld phone will be reported to HR, which may result in a discussion about safe driving practices.
Always follow the traffic marshal's directions.
Minor repair works are not permitted without prior authorization from the Travel2Next department (jump-starting a car is always permitted).
During colder, darker months, ensure windows are fully demisted, lights are on, and any snow is cleared from your vehicle for clear visibility.
Keep box junctions clear and observe and follow
Follow the site speed limits of 20mph in the Car Park and 5mph in the multistorey.
All drivers must park fully within one parking bay. Some bays near the photo studio are suitable for smaller vehicles.
To ensure a smooth parking experience, drivers should avoid parking in unauthorised spaces, such as (but not limited to):-
Hatched Spaces
Pathways
Double Yellow lines
Pedestrian Crossings
Blocking dropped kerbs
Blocking loading bays
Coach bays
EV Bays (unless you're actively charging your vehicle). We kindly ask drivers to move their cars once charging is complete to avoid idle fees.
Directors and Grade 1 spaces
Disabled or expectant mother spaces
New Starter, recruitment or Visitors Bays
The above areas are never to be used unless directly instructed to do so by the traffic marshal and this will only be valid for that day only
On occasion, our car parks can fill up quite quickly. On these busy days, our traffic marshals will be on hand to guide you to available areas. We kindly ask drivers to complete and display the parking contact form provided by the traffic marshal.
If you need to leave your vehicle overnight, please send a quick email to travel2next@next.co.uk letting us know where your vehicle is parked, its registration, and the date you plan to remove it. You might be asked to move your car to a more suitable area, so please allow yourself enough time before leaving the site.
All drivers must display a valid parking permit while on-site. Obtain a permit by visiting the online forms page on the travel2next website and complete the 'register my travel' form.
To use disabled parking bays or expectant mother bay on site, please reach out to your HR contact and request the priority parking form. Once completed, Travel2Next will email you details of the usable areas, and a disabled permit will be sent to your department via internal post.
A limited number of new starter bays located near the phase 3 building, available on a first-come, first served basis for new starters during their first week of employment.
For candidates attending interviews or assessment centres, please inform them that they can use the recruitment bays located by the phase 3 building.
These bays are exclusively for external businesses and suppliers visiting the site. Staff (including freelance, agency, contractors) must use the general car parks and are not permitted to park in visitor bays.
If travelling for business purposes and needing to leave your car on site, please fill out this form before you leave.
EV charging points are available in the multistorey car park for use during their working day. Download the Monta App and join the Head Office team (team code is Head-Office-123).
Charging costs £0.20 per kWh. Unplug and move your car within 60 minutes of a complete charge, to avoid an idle fee (£5 per hour).

Next operates free bus services for staff to enjoy. View routes and book a seat here.
Secure cycle shelters with D-Frames are located around the site. The shelter outside the multi-storey car park also has plug sockets for E-Bike users to charge batteries.
All employees must:
Follow parking guidelines at all times
Comply with instructions provided by the traffic marshals
Treat our traffic marshals with respect - All employees have responsibility to ensure that they behave with respect, and dignity. Any behaviour that seriously threatens this will not be tolerated.
If an employee is found parking in unauthorised areas, or otherwise disregards this policy, they will receive a friendly written reminder via email. For repeat occurrences, details will be passed onto line managers.
For more serious or repeated breaches of this policy will be investigated fully and dealt with under the Disciplinary Procedure which could lead to dismissal.
